Common questions about our compounds, testing, and how orders work. Get in touch if you don't see what you need.
Every compound we sell is intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Our products are not drugs, supplements, or cosmetics, are not intended for human or animal use, and have not been evaluated by the FDA for any use.
We sell to labs, research institutions, and qualified researchers purchasing for authorized research purposes. We are not set up for individual or personal use, and our sign-up flow will ask about your organization and intended research use.
Every batch is tested by an independent third-party lab using HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation before it's released for shipment. Results are logged against a lot number that ships with your order.
Each vial is labeled with a lot number. Enter it on the COA & Testing page to pull up purity, identity, and test date for that specific batch.
Compounds ship lyophilized (freeze-dried) in cold-chain packaging. Store vials at the temperature noted on your COA — typically refrigerated or frozen — and away from light until use. See the Shipping & Legal page for full handling details.
Not yet — today we support one-off orders through our contact form while we finish building out our supplier network. We're exploring recurring and bundled options ahead of a future launch.
If a batch's COA data doesn't match what you receive, contact us with your lot number and we'll investigate and make it right. See the Shipping & Legal page for full terms.
