Shipping & handling

• Compounds ship lyophilized (freeze-dried) in insulated, cold-chain packaging.
• Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• Store vials as noted on your Certificate of Analysis — typically refrigerated (2–8°C) or frozen — and protect from light until reconstitution for laboratory use.
• We are not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.

Order accuracy & replacements

Every batch ships with a matching Certificate of Analysis. If your shipment doesn't match its COA, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order and lot number and we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
